CNC machining using CNC milling machines and conventional machines. Serial, small batch and piece production of parts for various industries: food, automotive, energy, agricultural and others. Parts such as aluminium moulds for vacuum packing machines for the food industry, and foil weldings plates including Teflon layers treatment, brilles, grafts, shaping moulds, moulding chambers, bowls, 3D designs of bowls, moulds according to customer's requirements. We produce many parts for the automotive, aerospace and other industries: reducers, flanges, propeller adjustments, cranks, levers, blocks, grommets, base plates, holders, centering blocks, mounting pallets and many other parts. We machine cast iron and aluminium castings.

Our CNC lathes are equipped with counter spindle with propelled, bar feeder Breuningand Spacesaver. Serial, small series and piece production up to Ø 50 mm and a length of approx. 160 mm. We also produce piece parts for a wide range of customers. Rotating parts from steel, aluminium and plastic. One part of our production is the manufacture of mechanically propelled machinery and equipment. Such as various fixtures, components and even entire machines. Some examples can be found in the gallery. We produce dedicated machines, special machines. We design machines according to customer's requirements in 3D. We produce individual parts on our CNC machines. We test the machine and hand it over to the customer as finished and functional. We can equip the machines with electronics.

We cut and shape on shears, bending and eccentric presses. We also have corner shears where we can cut sheet metal up to 6 mm thick with dimensions of 100 × 100 mm. We cut products on our own cutting machines. According to the customer's requirements, we produce the shear and cut the required quantity. We also bend the cut products. We have a bending press Denner. We can form various parts on our own production hooves.

We strive to provide a complete service for our customers, which is why we also deal with locksmith production. We produce small steel structures, pallets, fixtures and accessories for various machines, structures for photovoltaic power plants, repair and refurbishment of various parts.
